We couldn’t be any happier with our decision.

When my wife and I decided to upgrade our windows. We usually get 3 estimates before preceding with any big project.But after 1 meeting with Mike from Window Mania we decided to go ahead with the replacing of windows. Being happy with the cost,time and warranty provided. The install was just a month ago and windows look amazing. We couldn’t be any happier with our decision.

I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Mike came out and took his time to look at all our windows and give us a free quote. He even was quiet when in the room where our newborn was asleep as he measured in the dark. As a plus he was very friendly with our dogs. He did not pressure us into signing a contract. Instead when we told him we were getting other quotes, he encouraged it and told us about windows and what to look for in regards to quality. All he asked us to do was compare apples to apples when it came to quality of the windows.

From the time we agreed to use him for our windows, until they were installed was about one month, which was within the timeframe he told us it would take for the windows to come in. He showed up promptly with his crew, and they were very courteous of our house, and the whole crew was friendly with our dogs, who can be a little overwhelming. The windows, about 14 of them were 16 if you consider the bay window three windows, took them just two days to put in and finish. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

After the windows were installed I noticed that there was a small tear in the bottom of one screen. I emailed Mike right away, and he told me he would order a new screen and it would be in in three weeks. There is no hesitation to stand behind his work. If I could say one bad thing, it would be that while putting in the bay window they crushed some of my plants, but that was inevitable in my opinion due to the size of the window they installed and the proximity of the plants. I would highly recommend this company.

Edit: Mike even made good and then some by replacing the plants. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
